Shipping Policy
At Naturally Gifted Apparel, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that shipping is an important aspect of online shopping, which is why we offer reliable and efficient shipping services across the UK.

Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options for our customers, depending on their location and shipping preferences. Our recommended shipping option is the Royal Mail Tracked service which is a next day delivery (Excluding Sunday) with tracking for ease of mind, and is available for orders within the UK. We also offer alternative shipping options at different rates, which can be viewed at the checkout.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on product availability and delivery location. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times as this is fulfilled by Royal Mail.

Shipping Process
Once your order is placed and payment is received, providing this is done before 1pm, our team will process your order the same day (Excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Orders after this time, may still be processed the same day, but its not guaranteed. If you order after this time, your order will be processed and dispatched the next day (Excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your (tracking, if applicable) information.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. For all other returns or exchanges, please refer to our return policy below.

Please note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any valid reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for all items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels attached.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 48 hours. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for all items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will ship out the exchange item(s) within 24 hours. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
